Health depends on good variety of healthy nutricion, good hygiene and pelt-care. And of course warmth and attention from us. 
Before our coonies get their first kittens they will enjoy a long care-free youth. The first litter will not be earlier than in the second year. Our cats will not have more than one litter each year.

We try to exclude hereditary mistakes in our lines as far as possible. That's why we do the following tests with each cat :

- HCM (gen test - MyBPC3) 
- HCM (scan), tomcats once a year, females once every two years
- PKD (echo),
- Fiv, Felv, once a year
- Patella Luxatie,
- SMA
